Question 1

What does the win score actually measure?

Accepted Answer

A 0–100 rating built from pace position, barrier, track and distance suitability, weight, and recent form. It's what the model thinks. The overlay % tells you whether the market agrees. Where they disagree is where it gets interesting.

Question 2

What is an overlay and why does it matter?

Accepted Answer

When a runner's true win probability is higher than what the price implies. If we rate a horse at 30% and it's paying $5.00 (roughly 20%), that's a 10-point edge in your favour. It doesn't guarantee a win. It does mean you're on the right side of the math.

Question 3

How does the speed map work?

Accepted Answer

It maps where each runner is likely to settle: leader, on-pace, midfield, or backmarker. A lone leader on a track with a lead bias is a completely different bet to the same horse in a contested pace. Knowing the race shape before it runs is the edge.

Question 4

What format does the race card need to be in?

Accepted Answer

Copy and paste from wherever you get your form, or take a photo and upload it. Works with Racing.com, TAB, Sky Racing, Punters.com.au, print guides, and physical race books.

Question 5

Does it cover greyhounds and harness racing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Thoroughbreds, greyhounds, and harness across Australia, New Zealand, UK and USA. Barrier draws mean something different for greys. Lead bias reads differently in harness. The scoring weights reflect that.

Question 6

What exotic bets does it recommend?

Accepted Answer

Trifectas, First Fours, Quinellas, and Quadrellas — with specific runner inclusions per leg and estimated hit rates. Gold and Platinum plans only.

Question 7

How many races can I analyse?

Accepted Answer

Two free, no card required. Bronze is $9.99/week for 20 analyses. Gold and Platinum are unlimited — run the full card.

Question 8

Is this gambling advice?

Accepted Answer

No. It's a form analysis and market intelligence tool, not a licensed advisory service. What you do with the output is your call. Please gamble responsibly.
